Do you only take order from the US?
We take orders from anywhere in the world (except Atlantis, they never pay)
and can accept payments in any paypal supported currency. .

How do I order?
Just pop me an email at navin@paintedfigs.com, and you should have a
quote within 12 hours.

How should I pay?
We ask that you pay us through paypal. If you would rather send us a check
that's fine, but you will have to write it out to the full amount, including the
return shipping estimate. We will not begin work on a check-paid order until
it has cleared. This takes about a month in Sri Lanka.

How do you collect payment?
If you pay by paypal only, when the miniatures arrive in Sri Lanka we will
email and ask you for 50% up front (we will not begin work until this payment
is received). After the job is finished, we will send you pictures for you to go
over and approve. Once you give your approval, we ask for the other 50%.
When we have received this, we will ship your figures back to you.

What are the postage costs?
From the US to Sri Lanka, you will save a lot of money in shipping if you use
our shipping hub. Shipping back, we use either regular registered mail for
packages under 2kg, or EMS speed post. Regular registered is roughly $5
per pound, EMS is more expensive at around $10 per pound.

How are the models packaged and protected when shipped back?
Each figure is individually wrapped in packing foam and shipped back in
mighty cardboard boxes. Metal figures are wrapped in thicker foam than
plastic, and heavy minis are immobilized in boxes and taped down within the
larger containers so that they don't "wander" and smash into the more
delicate minis.

Can I get a discount?
We offer small discounts (10 cents) on figures that have both been
assembled and been cleaned of flash. This is work we normally do, if you've
gone and done it for us we aren't going to fleece you :) .

Are you a Nigerian Scam?
Scams are easy. This is hard work. Ergo, if this is a scam, it's a really crappy
scam. Now a painting service: I think its pretty good painting service.
