Do we still get customized painting?
Yes, but to a more limited degree. We can accommodate fluff-based ("paint
these as Blood Angels") or general requests ("give the mercs a more brown
scheme, make them stand out from the zealots") but unless instructed
otherwise we'll copy the design on the box or per the images on the
manufacturer's website.

What about shipping?
The client pays the shipping to the studio and back. With plastic minis
shipping costs are pretty small, but metal costs more. Surface mail is the
cheapest but will take a month to reach us. I recommend cheap.
