Long story short, I do not believe you would have received the reputation you do have or the support of the podcasts and reputable companies that I know of, without being a solid businessman and friend.  As for anyone else, they aren't worth the time it takes to read their trash, especially when it is so blatantly nothing but spam.
Anyhow, I trust the input of the podcasts (D6 Generation, etc...) and professional stores (Warstore) and, even before seeing your work personally, I hold you up as a solid service.  I have, and will continue to, speak your praises and recommend you to my friends.  Stay strong, this ridiculous e-mail slander will fade away eventually.

I just received a fairly rude and unsolicited email which was high on emotion and low on anything constructive. It bothers me quite a bit so I though I'd email you to have a more pleasant and direct communication in my inbox in place of that one.
Some feedback which is deserved considering how many individual jobs you've processed from me.
1) Your studio quality.  It's been just fine for me.  I simply can't devote the time here to handle all those little metal and plastic figures and even basic paint + dip = damned nicer looking than raw plastic on a black base.
2) Pricing. Very reasonable.
3) Model availability purchased by your studio. I blame GW for this. I don't know your business model well enough to know if the purchasing discounts you got were a net profit or a loss operation for you. I suspect this got worse over time as your visibility with GW went up.
4) Shipment safety. Local gamers trading me models just throw piles of models straight into big boxes with no padding or bags or anything. Heartbreaking really for the painted items. Your overseas damage is less than domestic shipments by far.
5) Special instructions. I am grateful for little touches like the Corsair Reaver conversions and the Wood Elf Wardancer Morris-dancer color scheme.
6) Job completion time. This used to be stable at around a month. I had been able to cycle 3-4 orders per year but the last one has been dangling for a long time. I know you're juggling constrained production resources; all I can request is a time estimate when you have one with a high degree of confidence.
Overall I am completely satisfied with value received for all models sent to me from your studio. ... Without knowing everything about how you and your team are doing I just try to read between the lines in emails from you or in the Gallery progress.
