WHAT SOME OF OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE SAID:
I asked PaintedFigs to paint 10 Dragon Princes, 10 Ellyrian Reavers, 8 Silver Helms and a mounted BSB all to the highest paint standard offered. These are rare minis and still out of print (as of 2 March 2024 we still await the announcement of the elves from the new game).
This was a big job and Navin, Vasanth, and their team painted all the minis to my very specific instructions. Where I was not specific in my instructions, they made painting recommendations according to the theme I was pursuing. The freehanded Dragon Prince banner I specifically asked for really impressed me! PaintedFigs has very good freehand painters for minis.
They were quick to fix small details that I wanted changed, having sent me several sets of photos to review in advance of the final shipment. I asked for magnets on the bases and all magnets were well attached with putty (not cheaply with glue) so the magnets are not coming off!
They showed my minis not only great attention to detail but also great care in shipping. Each mini was individually wrapped in foam and all shipped in a padded box so that even notoriously delicate parts like the Dragon Prince Banner and spear pennants all arrived still attached to the spears - awesome job gents!
Finally, the price was very fair given the quantity of work. Every day I look at these minis and admire the work. Finally the cavalry is out of the "box of shame" and ready to be fielded on an Old World
The rest of the models arrived and look absolutely spectacular, they will be the core of my death guard for a league I am in for the next couple months!

Great news! I received my unbelievably great looking Minis on Monday of this week (and I've been sick all week, hence the delay in this email). I just wanted to let you know that the figures arrived safe and sound. I just finished unpacking everything and (as always) they look amazing. Considering the large amount of figures, only one figure was slightly damaged with a rifle barrel that broke off and required a bit of glueing. Clearly a testament to the absolutely fantastic job of packing that you guys do.
So with that commission complete, it now seems time to begin talking about the next one, as I do have quite a few things in the queue needing painting.
