The services that we are providing to you via the site consist of the Content and the Functionalities available on the site or otherwise provided to you as a result of your use of the site.
You may not copy or use any material from the Sites and/or the Services for any commercial purpose.
Your information will not be used of sold to any third party vendor for any reason, without your express permission if or when necessary
refunds / returns
Refunds and / or exchanges for change of mind will not be accepted.
If there is any dispute regarding the final delivered product; after the customer has approved photos of said product (during the painting stage), please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your concerns.
Disputes after photos have been approved by customer, will be handled ex gratia.
These are not subject to refund.
Advisory Regarding 3D Printed Miniatures
We have found that 3D printed miniatures can be quite brittle. As such, please be advised that Paintedfigs accepts no responsibility for any damage 3D printed miniatures incur, at any stage.
Please note the process of paint stripping destroys resin, as such, please make sure there are no resin parts in the miniatures sent to us, for repainting, as Paintedfigs will not be held liable for any damage sustained.
Paintedfigs will not be held responsible for any unforeseen delays due to postal strikes, acts of God, etc.
In the event miniatures are damaged on arrival, please email email@example.com with photos of the damage and we will assist with re-painting, provided the customer return mails said miniatures to us.
The Reaper white plastic can flex so much on particularly large miniatures that the paint job peels at certain points. For miniatures this large, some peeling during shipping can be expected, regardless of however carefully they are packed and supported. In such circumstances Paintedfigs will not be held liable.
If a customer feels their package is lost, and at least 12 weeks have passed since the time of our shipping, please contact us with a letter from your postal service declaring the package unaccounted for and Paintedfigs will replace the original order in full.
Paintedfigs is not responsible for packages the customer has mailed to the studio or shipping hub until said package has been received to the studio or shipping hub.

All transactions & payments with Paintedfigs are in United States Dollars (USD) where mentioned in quotes, emails, etc.
No other currency will be accepted at this time.

Please note, while we maintain a shipping hub in Illinois, USA to serve our US & Canadian customers, the painting studio is located in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

All emails will be answered within one business day. The studio is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and Sri Lankan public holidays. Any queries sent on Friday after work hours will be answered on Monday or the next working day, depending on closure due to public holidays.
