We’ve recently got a couple of Prodos Games AvP miniature painting commissions, and one had the drop ship. If you’ve not seen this kit:

We had to not only paint it, but build it so that it could be both ‘opened’ up, and closed.
This meant a lot of magnets, and the only thing we couldn’t do was make the missile launchers on the wing tips fold, because the hinges they’re modeled with aren’t actually real.
Here it is!
It is amazing how good this movie still looks, more than 30 years later.
